Drinks!
Water with Lemon – hydrates and gives a good boost of vitamin C
Ginger turmeric shot – turmeric (curcumin) might be the most effective nutritional supplement in existence(!), and ginger is loaded with nutrients & bioactive compounds
Coffee – The black gold that Swedes can’t live without… is rich in antioxidants, but the caffeine can inhibit the absorption of vitamins and minerals. So I drink it between meals and not excessively.

Carbs!
Homemade sourdough with oat crème cheese, tomato and black pepper
Sourdough is healthier than bread fermented by yeast, since it:
- breaks down the harmfulness of certain types of gluten
- breaks down the fructans that can annoy sensitive stomachs
- lowers the blood sugar levels
- contributes to a better bacterial flora in the gut
Black pepper is antioxidant and also aids the absorption of other nutrients, such as curcumin (in turmeric)

Fat!
Chiapudding with almond milk, homemade peanutbutter and organic coconut flakes
- Chia seeds are loaded with nutrients and an excellent source of omega-3, fiber, iron and calcium
- Almond milk is low in calories and sugar, but high in calcium, vitamin E and D
- Peanut butter is high in unsaturated fat, plantbased proteins & fiber
- Coconut flakes (unsweetened) contains saturated fat, so I only add a little which gives me some more minerals (specially potassium) and a good taste

Pills pills pills
- B12 (since there's no reliable source of this in Plant Foods)
- Minerals
- Vitamins (A, C, D, E, K)
- Iron
